Hi,

You will only be eligible to purchase a resale HDB under this 2 circumstances:

1) Your wife to fulfill her 3 years of SPR, or
2) Either of you convert to Singapore Citizen

If you fail to meet one of the above 2 criteria, you may wish to consider private condo instead.
