Afternoon Fir,

To get a valuation report, you can visit HDB website and request for one, using your Singpass. It will cost you around $200 and valid for 3 months. Do note that you are only eligible to sell your unit upon fulfilling the MOP. Hence do not request for it before acheiving this requirement.

We can request for a valuation from the HDB website and you will need to use your Singpass to log in. If you are getting an agent to help you with the sale, then your agent can help you to request for the valuation. Seriously, I will recommend that you get an agent to help you with the valuation request.
