Hi I would like to sell my hdb and buy a resale nearer to my child kindergarten. My MOP is May 2020. When should I start to market my current flat and look for a new place? Is the earliest for me to buy a new flat to be exercise otp in May 2020 or is it possible for me to exercise the otp earlier and just that the hdb final appointment earliest can be May 2020? I don't need the proceeds of my current place for the down-payment of the new place.
