Hi, I would like to sell my 4 room hdb flat which I have bought via open market resale with HDB housing grant. I want to buy a new BTO 4 room flat. Is there any way where I can avoid paying the resale levy?

Evening Sonia,

There is no way to avoid the resale levy payment if you are going for subsidised HDB (BTO) unless you are open to other options offered by HDB.
