Hi,

As theres still 2 years to go to meet MOP, you need to appeal with hdb branch to sell early before MOP. Approval is on a case by case basis, usually family expansion cases have a slightly better chance and I will be glad to assist with the appeal.

As for the 3rd hdb loan, if previous two were concessionary loans, then an appeal is also required. Again, case by case approval.

I stay in Tampines as well. For waiver of MOP, you will need to appeal to HDB for approval. I have assisted a few of my clients to successfully appealed for waiver but do take note that you may be liable for Seller Stamp Duty.

As you have exhausted the 2 HDB loans, you can only obtain a bank loan if you were to purchase another flat. You can consider getting an executive apartment or executive maisonette or even a jumbo flat to accommodate your family size. There are executive options just across the road from your current place.
