Hi,

1) Your father is still in marriage with your mother, thus he cannot buy resale HDB flat with you only.
Your mother must be either owner or essential occupier.

2) Your parents have to dispose off the private property within 6 months upon key collection for the resale HDB.

3) You alone cannot purchase resale HDB flat unless you are eligible for single scheme.

4) You mentioned about cash top up thus you might be able to own a private property by yourselves.

you have to be eligible under hdb eligibility schemes in order to purchase a resale HDB.

As your parents are married, both names must be included in the resale HDB purchase in order to form a family nucleus. You will not be able to purchase with your father and leaving your mother out.

Which means if you wish to proceed with so, they have to sell off their private.

If you are eligible under single singaporean scheme, you can proceed ahead.

If not, you can take a look at the private property segment as alternative. What do you think?
