Hi, I would like to purchase a HDB 4-5 room flat in Bedok area but i do not have much cash to pay high COV, is it possible to buy a flat in Bedok area based on valuation amount? Its quite urgent as my present house will not be able to accomodate my family

Hi,

Yes, deals like this do turn up once in a while for urgent sellers with complicated cases for the house.
But you would need to be on the ball and search the newspaper and internet everyday so that you do not miss out on such deals.
Please take note that you most probably need to spend quite an amount to renovate.
