Has your unit fulfill minimum occupation period?

Valuation could ranges from $430k to $460k drawing references from other nearby blocks.

If your unit has fulfilled MOP and you are keen to sell, I will recommend to do a formal valuation.

FYI I just recently sold a 5RM Premium flat along Punggol Drive within 1 month after signing exclusivity.
