Hi I would like to know the current market price (with COV) for an EA at Yishun ST 71 (Blocks 723 and 724) high floor and basic renovation. I saw only one resale transaction at $595K for Block 723 6-10 floor in Jan 2012.

Hi KLP,

Are you looking to sell your EA at blk 723/724? If you are, i would suggest you proceed to do a valuation report. From there, you can then decide on the asking COV.

The $595k transaction in Jan 2012 serves as a good guide. Your high floor unit should be able to fetch a higher price than that.
