There were two comparable high floor 5-room units at 679 series that transacted at 500K & 525K in Aug & June respectively. If you are referring to HDB valuation, im sure you have heard that there's been some changes to the resale procedures since March this year. If not, can I share with you more? For a 5 room in Jurong West, the range should be around $500K to $530K. Definitely a lot will depend on factors such as state of renovation, which floor our unit is on, etc.
