Hi!

I would like to know if whether there is any resale dbss flats in the west area of singapore? Can i know how much would it costs to buy a 4-5 room dbss hdb flat in the west area like jurong or bukit batok?And what is the sizes of such flats? Hoping to hear from you soon! Thank you!

Hi Shamala,

I am not aware of any resale HDB DBSS flats in West area for sale but for a typical 4rm flat in west area Valuation range from $380k to $450k depending on proximity to amenities
and COV from $20k-$60k.
Valuation for 5rm flat range from $420k to $520k Cov from $25k to $60k as well.
