Hi,

There is no income ceiling for resale HDB, however if you are taking HDB loan or CPF grant, income ceiling will be 5K for single Singapore citizen or 10K for Singaporean couple applicants. Are you a first-timer applicant? Thanks and hope to discuss further.

Afternoon,

If you are getting any housing grant, there will not be any restriction on the income ceiling. However, you will have to fulfill the MOP requirement on the HDB purchase before you are eligible to purchase your second property. You and your spouse will also need to be at least 3 years into your SPR status to be eligible for the purchase.
