I would like to file a complain of an ERA agent. Is there a contact number n email add to contact for complain. I’m a serious buyer n wanted to view one of the unit at Robertson Quay 2 weeks ago. This ERA agent is representing his seller to sell one of the unit facing Singapore River. My sis actually msg him, he replied within 5 mins, n asked when she would like to view. When we told our agent immediately that day to contact, he replied to our agent tenanted n need to be arranged. When my agent msg him the next day, he replied the tenant is away, n probably next week. I have waited for a week n msg him, after 5 days of waiting. Please let us know when can we view as I have cancelled my overseas trip due to this unit. N shortlisted this unit n another unit at Robertson Quay. After about 2 to 3 hours he called our agent after saw my msg, he told her “oh someone has offered but still on negotiation n under offered, inconvenience to view now.” When our agent told me, I was like what kind of agent is he, I have been waiting for a week n our agent msgs him for the whole week, he didn’t reply at all until I msg him. Can anyone here tell me, is this right n ethical as an agent, he is representing his seller. How does he know I can’t offer the price the seller wants? He didn’t even allow me to view. Anyway I have all the proof n know what this agent up to. I pity his seller coz their representing agent didn’t give me the opportunity to view n offer the price that actually the same I have shortlisted.

Hi,

Perhaps you could text this seller agent that you would bring this matter up to the CEA and to his company. And by doing so, hopefully he would be cooperative with you on the next viewing slot.

It definitely sounds like the agent is unwilling to cobroke for this listing. You may wish to lodge a complain directly with CEA on this subject matter. Read More

    Yes, I feel the same too. I would want to expose his name coz he brings bad names to his company n as an agent. I have called CEA but they asked me to file complain to ERA first as they will investigate n give me an answer n afterthat to CEA. was like what is CEA doing thn if I still need to file both side?

Can anyone here tell me, is this right n ethical as an agent, he is representing his seller. : NO, THIS IS UNETHICAL AS AN AGENT , ALREADY FLOUTED AGENT CONDUCT UNDER CEA, THIS IS NOT AN GREY AREA, IT IS OBVIOUSLY WRONG CONDUCT AS AN AGENT

How does he know I can’t offer the price the seller wants?: YES , TOTALLY AGREED, BECAUSE HE DON'T WANT SHARE HIS COMMISSION WITH BUYER AGENT.

He didn’t even allow me to view: ZZZ, DOUBLE CONFIRM NOT ACTING IN BEST INTEREST OF SELLER

. Anyway I have all the proof n know what this agent up to.: GREAT!!!
