Hi,
I would like to enquire the Deletion of existing co-owner(s).
Currently the owner is my mother and me. I would like to delete my name and intend to purchase another flat of my own since I'm already married.
Question:
1) Can my mother retain her flat alone under the Single Scheme without refund to my CPF account?
2) Can i still proceed in purchasing a flat using my wife CPF and whatever balance i have in my CPF ordinary?
I have roughly work out the budget and we're able to service the monthly repayment.
