Hi, I would like to enquire regarding about HLE from HDB.
I'm a Singaporean and my soon to be wife is a foreigner. She's been working here and holding a employment pass. We will be having our ROM in 3 months time.
I would like to know are we currently able to apply for HLE to see how much we are able to loan from HDB? Or do we have to wait until we have done with our ROM?
We read from other question ask by people (in propertyGuru) that HLE have to apply first before looking for resale flats. What we worry is that unable to get the HLE successfully because we are not married yet (have to wait till ROM).
