hi, i would like to do some research on 5-room flat in tampines area for intention to purchase & have a few questions:

1. what is the difference between 5I & 5A? 5A is bigger?

2. which area in tampines we should avoid when buying flats? i see the resale prices transaction in hdb website and realise that there are some areas in tampines fetching lower resale value, does that mean i should avoid those areas when i buy my flat because the flats there has lower value, so it will affect the value of my flat next time when i intend to sell it...?
