Good afternoon,

BTO and EC are considered subsidised flats thus there wont be CPF housing grants or proximity housing grants be available to applicants.

But HDB introduced EHG available to BTO applicants few years back.

1) This is one of the common questions I have come across.
2) Unfortunately the Proximity grant is only available for a resale flats.
3) Currently the only grant available for BTO is EHG.
