Hi I would like to check if my siblings and I (who all married and own their own hdb flats) buy a resale flat for my mother (who is 84) to live in on her own. Currently, my mother lives mainly with my sister but would like to have her own flat to live in. Is this possible; we were wondering if we could buy a 3-room flat for her; if not, are we able to rent a flat (in open hdb market) for her to live in? Thank you.
