Hi, I would like to check if my mom hdb has already fully paid, can my mom sell her hdb to me at an agreed mutual price?
Also if I buy over her hdb, can I still put her name as occupier? N if after a few years, I would like to transfer the hdb as a gift to her, is it possible? Pls advise. Thanks.
