Hi I would like to buy apply for BTO. I was previously a SPR when I bought my current HDB flat from open market. So now, that I am intending to apply for a BTO I am faced with this question:
Do you owns or has inherited/acquired by way of gift, an interest in an HDB flat?

Do I say YES or NO? If I click Yes, will I still be considered a first-timer? How do HDB ensure this as there’s no other questions that help me support saying that current HDB is from open market. Please help. Thank you

Hi,

Yes, you will need to declare that you currently own a HDB flat.

By clicking yes, it does not mean that you are not a first-timer. HDB will have the records to show that you had not taken any housing grant for your current flat.

I am experienced and well-versed in both HDB and private transactions. I will be able to assist you in your property plans. Please get in touch with me for a more in-depth discussion.

Should you need require further assistance in matters relating to property, please contact me at my mobile 9748 6305  . I will be happy to assess and share with you the possibilities for you in the current market.

Thank you.
