Hi! I would like to buy a BTO flat. Resale would be my 2nd choice. My aim is to bring over my parents to my new home and rent out my current tampines flat. Ive been living here for over 10yrs+ Iam 28yrs old, a divorcee for 4yrs now. Single and i have a kid 6yrs old and is NOT under my custody. Currently my dad CPF is not enough to pay for this flat so the CPF deduction is been deducted from mine.
