hi i would like to buy a 99 years lease property. But it's TOP is already more then 30 years. Will i be able to get a loan from the bank.

The banks will definitely support your purchase, however i believe you would also be concerned on how much they can support you.
Factors like bank valuations, your income and the loan tenure will also come into place.
