Good evening Sir/ Mdm,

Do take note that if you wish to proceed to sell your existing home and buy a resale HDB, you need to buy within the same town or 4km from your mom's place cause she used your existing home's to obtain PHG. If you never do so, there will be a clawback.

If you do, you should be able to apply for PHG if you fulfill all the eligibility conditions. You can register intent to buy to find out or email in to HDB resale for confirmation.

Yes, you're eligible to enjoy the grant if you have not gotten the grant before.

Do take note for PHG, if your Mother purchased a flat within 4km to your place of residence, you will have to continue staying in the place for the entire duration of her MOP. Failure to do so, HDB has the right to crawl back the PHG that was handled to your Mother.

After she had met the MOP, you could sell off the property and purchase another flat within 4km to her to enjoy the PHG if you had not previously done so.

1) The grant is dispersed according to each application.
2) Therefore your grant application has nothing to do with what your mum received.
3) Since it is PNG, you must ensure your selected unit is within 4km of your mum's current address.
4) You can make use of the HDB weblink to determine the radius of your possible selection.
