hi, i would like to ask --

if the owner has an agent and the tenant also has an agent, but i am the intermediary agent who brings the 2 parties together through their agents, which results in the property being rented out, am i entitled to any commission since both the owner and the tenant will each pay their own agent respectively?

Hi there, you must first get an agreement from both agents on whether are they willing to share their commission before you bring them together. Normally, it is just a referral.
