Hi, I would like to ask gurus here if a combined budget of $500,000 these days is enough for a decent size resale 5 room flat? prefer is no low floors and houses which are not too old(10 years or under is best)

Afternoon Ling,

That would depends on the location and size of the unit that you have in mind.
Most units that are less than 10 years have high valuation, less some of the units in Punggol area.
