Hi i would like to ask can i buy a HDB as single purchaser ? and i'm married but do not want to include my wife as the owner ?

Hi,
For married couple, HDB deems you as a family nucleus married entity, hence both names are required to be added in as owners to form the family nucleus to be eligible to purchase the HDB.
May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.
