Hi,

For married couple, HDB deems you as a family nucleus married entity, hence both names are required to be added in as owners to form the family nucleus to be eligible to purchase the HDB.

No, you cannot purchase under Single Scheme as you're married. You will however be eligible to purchase under Public Scheme. You can either opt for your wife to be the co-owner, or the essential occupier.
