Is this going to be your 1st property in Singapore? May I know which country are you working in right now? Yes you can apply for a bank loan but supporting documents such as income slips & tax assessment would be required. Thanks and hope to assist further.

Yes, you can certainly take mortgage loan in Singapore with overseas income as I have done it before for my overseas clients who purchased Singapore properties. Typical required documents include your Annual Tax Assessment, Salary Pay Slips, Bank statements which show credit of salary etc.

Yes as long as you have income be it locally or overseas, you are able to obtain a mortgage but it will be best to speak to my banker so he can advise you professionally.

Usually banks will require such:

1) past 3 months pay slips
2) all credit cards statements
3) up to past 2 years notice of assessment
4) other misc documents etc.

By the way, do take note that you will be subject to 5% additional buyer's stamp duty if you purchase solely as a SPR.
