Hi, I will like to appeal to HDB to sell of my current unit before MOP (completed 3.5 years). I'm appealing under the reason to stay neat my mom due to my son. I have tried writing to HDB and the email was routed to my branch office and was rejected with a template rejection. I will like to ask if there is any specific email that I can reach HDB directly and appeal again. Thanks!

Morning,

I have handled a few cases similar to yours. Namely to move to another estate which is near to their parents as the child need to be taken care of after school or to take care of their elderly parents. They have also fulfilled 3.5 to 4 year MOP but was given the green light to sell.
