Hi,
I will be moving to Singapore in three weeks' time and would need to find an apartment. I am considering shipping my furniture to Singapore and rent a two bedroom unfurnished or partially furnished HDB / private apartment. I am interested renting the unit in Tampines or Bedok areas. All I need in the apartment is Aircon.
I have heard from some of my friends that it is very difficult to get an unfurnished apartment with just aircon in Singapore. Is that true? How easy or difficult is it to get an unfurnished or partially furnished 2+1 unit in Tampines or Bedok?
My rental budget is between 1500 - 1800 SGD per month.
