Hi, I would be most glad to assist you further and pls feel free to let me know if you need any assistance. Hope to hear from you soon and have a great week ahead. By the way, you could sell your overseas property or to transfer it to someone else upon purchasing a HDB flat in Singapore.

Good evening Sir/ Mdm,

I am sorry for your loss.

I believe that you have to appeal to HDB to keep the overseas property.

If it's an inherited property in which you dont have any ownership at all, HDB most likely will let you keep.

But you mentioned that you co own the property with your deceased parents so HDB might not allow.

Hope my sharing aids in clearing in your doubts.

May I know how can I help you with the appeal?

Btw care to share your plans? Why HDB? Which location you are looking at?

#staysafe
