General timeline can be broken down into such:
1) Upon completing the seller resale checklist, you have a 7 days cooling period to furher decide whether to proceed with sale or not
2) Request for valuation and valuation to be done with report is estimated to be 7 working days
3) Upon accepting an offer from buyer where you will grant the buyer Option To Purchase, buyer has up to 14 days to exercise the option.
4) Upon buyer exercising the Option To Purchase, resale application will be made and arrange for 1st appointment. As of now, if Option To Purchase has been exercised and resale application made and to arrange for 1st appointment, earliest 1st appointment date available as indicated from HDB is on 2nd March.
5) 2nd appointment/completion date is generally 4-6 weeks from 1st appointment.
