Hi, I want to ask a question on the divorce issues. I am a singaporean and my wife is holding SP. and I am the sole owner of HDB, my wife and my mother(holding Long term visit pass)both are Occupier. So after divorce, whether I can retain the flat with my mother?

Evening Simon,

As you have purchased the unit under single scheme prior to getting married, you are eligible to keep the unit after divorce. This is however provided that your spouse did not contest for any return. All this will be stated in the court order.
