Hi,

I want to apply BTO but i am confuse with alot of things.

Let me tell my background. I bought current resale hdb on 2009 with my wife using joint scheme wihtout any subsidies or grant since last time we are under SPR.

2 years ago we got our citizenship and looking to apply for BTO. We are confuse with some criteria and below are our questions:
1. with our situation, can we say we are first timer or second timer?
2. if second timer, what is the grant we can get if apply BTO?
3. What is the criteria for first timer buyer?
