Hi,

I understand that there are new HDB rules that stated owners have to sell their private properties and even overseas properties once they purchased a resale hdb flats....and i would like to ask my wife to be is a forienger and we will be qualify under the non citizen spouse scheme to buy a resale hdb flat and she will be listed under occupier and i will be the owner of the new house.....does she need to sell her overseas property away?
