I understand that roof terrace, bay window, planters are counted as part of the built in for a penthouse unit.
What about strata void? Can strata void be counted in as the built in area for a penthouse unit? For e.g. if the penthouse size is 1200sqft (as in floor plan) and the strata void is 200sqft, can it be marketed as 1400sqft to potential buyer? Thanks.
