i understand that in Apr 10, for Jurong West St 52 Blk 517A-517E,
valuation was ard 440k-500k, and
cov was ard 30k-55k..but that was ard the peak and before the cooling measures was implemented.
Can anybody help me by updating on wad's e rough valuation n cov at current period for the above-mentioned? Thanks alot!
