Hi, I understand that if I have a property in overseas and I decided to buy a HDB flat, I need to dispose the overseas property within 6 months upon acquiring the flat. Is the overseas properties restricted to residential only? Mine is a business space.

Yes, the restriction is only on residential property ( local and overseas). Commercial property are not affected. Read More
