Sure you can do so, but the maximum loan for an investment company vehicle can loan is 20% of property price and ABSD for companies is 15% for any residential property. It is unlikely investors will go for this avenue as usually the sums dont really work out in their favour. Thanks and may I assist with further enquiries?

Dear investor,

It is usually unwise to purchase a residential property using a company vehicle as it involves the highest ABSD rate applicable and loan wise will be capped at 20%. Most investors form investment company for commercial properties instead and there are various gurus out there who conducts classes on how to make use of such companies to invest.
