Hi, I(SC) plan to buy a resale HDB with My mom (LTSVP, will apply for SPR) under Non-citizen Family Scheme. If I do that, and get married in 2 years (assume my mom will already be a SPR) to someone(SC) who owns a condominium unit, what will happen to the resale HBD under my mom and my names? Thank you!
