Hi, I’ve managed to get a queue no. for Macperson weave BTO but find the price very steep, not sure if the price appreciation will be good compared to non Mature bto after MOP. Please advise,thanks.

Hi,

1) Macpherson is under RCR (Rest of Central Region), thus the resale price there is almost equivalent to Toa Payoh, Bishan which are in RCR.

2) But because it is not a mature estate, therefore the price is not as high as the 2 estates mentioned.

3) You may refer to this 2021 Q2 resale average price for all estates in Singapore to have a better understanding:

4) You will definitely receive better appreciation compare to other estates that are non-mature and in OCR.

5) For your info, Macpherson is under Geylang estate.
