Hi, I’m currently still open for options between BTO, resale or EC. However, my ultimate goal is EC and currently waiting for the launch of Canberra EC.

I currently do have a PA who is updating me on the launch and etc through WA, but I personally prefer to have a face to face session to understand more and to clear my doubts. I feel that it’s important to understand the full picture of everything including the cost before making a decision.

Therefore, I’m sincerely looking a agent who is willing to share his/her knowledge and provide me with the best advise. Thanks!

Hello

I am glad that you are taking an active role to seek out your new home.

As I have done some research comparing BTO, Resale & EC,
I would be glad to share this information with you.

Incidentally, there is an upcoming new launch EC at Sumang Walk ( Punggol) which is the only one for this year.

Canberra EC will most likely launch next year 2020.

Lastly, for new launch EC, general it takes slightly more than 3 years to complete the construction and once you received the keys, as per the current policy, you need to stay for the Minimum Occupation Period (MOP) of 5 years, before you can sell.

Yes, it is always good to clarify your doubts first before you can decide which are the best option for yourself. The Canberra EC would most likely be launch in year 2020 based on their tender date.The only new EC for 2019 would be the Sumang Walk @ Punggol.
