Hi,

1) You can apply for BTO/SBF any flat type if your son is an SC/SPR, and your household income does not exceed $14,000.
2) You can buy any resale flat type except the 3Gen, with no income ceiling unless applying for grants.
3) You are encouraged to apply for the HFE to understand the amount of grants available for your situation.

You can purchase resale HDB under non-citizen spouse scheme or public scheme (if your son is Singaporean), or hdb 2-room BTO (if monthly income within $14k), and as well as private property.
