I read on the forums that there are some successful cases of disposing of BTO before meeting the 5 years MOP.

Would like to enquire if anyone have similar experience or if anyone can advise?

There are successful cases of sellers selling Upon fulfilling 3.5 to 4.5 year of MOP. However, it would be subjected your case.
