Hi, I purchased a 3Ng unit in 2007. If I decide to upgrade to a bigger unit, are their any implications under the new HDB sale/purchase rules. I do not own any other properties in Singapore.

Afternoon,

If you purchased the unit with grant, you might not have fulfilled the MOP though close. To purchase new BTO, you will then be classified as second timer and you will be required to observe the change in HDB loan regulation and requirements.
