Hi, I previously bought a hdb 5 room with cpf grant. It was sold in 2006. I am now looking to purchase a hdb resale flat with no intention of taking any grant but I would like to take HDB loan. Do I need to pay resale levy in this case?

Good evening Stephen, You will only be subject to resale levy if you are purchasing unit directly from HDB which in this case, you are not liable to.
