Hi, I plan to purchase a 5 years old EC. I have a 5 room HDB flat and stay for more than 5 years. Is it still allowed?

Morning,

If you are SC owner, you are eligible to purchase the resale EC and keep your HDB unit.

You may proceed as plan to buy the EC and keep the existing 5 room HDB. =)
