Good evening,

Properties that are purchased prior marriage will stay as it is. However, do note that in the event that both of you intend to purchase HDB unit together, you will be required to comply with the current HDB ruling.

Hi,

(1) You may purchase a HDB under single citizen scheme.

(2) After married, both owner and occupier has to declared their property status. Those who own property has to comply with HDB rules and regulation.
That is to dispose off within 6 months upon key collection.

(3) The only circumstances where property owned not affected is, when HDB had met MOP, occupier will not need to dispose off private property.
