Hi,
I owned a 4 room HDB at Bukit Batok Central. I bought it fully paid at 428K with cash and CPF.
Q1:As HDB rules does not permit capital refinancing, are there alternatives besides selling it to maximise this 428K or 80 %.
Q2: If I will to sell it, to moves on to a landed prop. What would be my maximum loan I can qualify. I am 56 yr old, salary $4,300 per mth. My eldest sibling aged 23 just start work. Salary around $1,900 per mth.
