Based on 861sqft, there unit should be at either stack 28 or 29 which overlook the church.

The most recent transaction for a 2 bedder in Flo Residences is at stack 17 for $782k or $1,023psf in August 2016. There are quite a few 2 bedder for sale now and the asking price is from $965psf to $1,150psf. So in order to stay competitive, we may have to start asking from around $965psf or $830k. Bank indicative price is around $830k as well.
