Hi! I own a property overseas, and wish to apply for HDB now, is it still possible? I have monthly income at about $10k, without CPF contribution.

Morning Moo,

HDB is only eligible to SC and PR, depending on their age and status. If you have fulfilled the status requirement, to purchase a HDB unit, you are to sell or transfer your private property, in or out of Sinagapore, within 6 months from key collection. However, it would be good to work out your finances as you will be using pure cash for the transaction.
